Pokhara University giving scholarships about 250 students studying IT

Pokhara University is going to give scholarships to about 250 students studying IT at the undergraduate level.

By issuing a notification, the university has given information about giving scholarships to academic programs under the Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Management and Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

According to the information, the university will give scholarships to 83 students in computer engineering, 24 in software engineering, 5 in electronics and communication engineering, 30 in BIT, and 29 in electrical and electronics.

Similarly, 45 students in BCA and 35 students in BCSIT will be given scholarships.

Apart from these, the university will also give scholarships to students in other non-IT courses. But it is mentioned in the notice that these scholarship quotas that have been set now may be increased or decreased.

To study these subjects in the scholarship, students have to apply online from 2nd to 17th of August. Must have passed SEE or SLC from public school from Class 6 to Class 10.

The examination for the scholarship will be held on August 22 and 23 in Pokhara.
